Automated SLS Depowdering Solution 

The PostProcess™ PREVO 700 Automated SLS Depowdering Solution utilizes advanced Variable Amplitude Displacement™ (VAD) technology to significantly enhance the efficiency of depowdering 3D printed parts. By fine-tuning the amplitude and frequency of mechanical vibrations, it optimizes powder removal, resulting in reduced post-processing time and lower labor costs. The integrated software further enhances this process by minimizing build-to-build variations, enabling fast and consistent unpacking of parts, which streamlines the post-processing workflow and boosts overall productivity in 3D printing operations. 

With fast processing speeds, the PREVO 700 completes depowdering in less than 20 minutes from cake loading to part retrieval. The system also reduces labor requirements by automating the manual breakout step, which eliminates the need for expensive post-processing labor. Its fully enclosed design, combined with negative airflow, enhances safety by minimizing the risk of powder exposure. 

Operating the PREVO 700 is cost-effective with no consumables required during processing and low energy consumption. Additionally, the system maximizes sustainability through the optimal recovery of reusable powder.
