The DEMI 910™ automated resin removal submersion system has been expertly crafted for the Carbon® ecosystem, with a mission to significantly enhance the efficiency of Carbon L1 and M2 3D printers. Through its specialized fixture design, the DEMI 910 can seamlessly automate resin removal for a full build from a Carbon large-format L1 printer or two build platforms from a Carbon high-resolution M2 printer. This innovative fixture permits the processing of Carbon Digital Light Synthesis™ (Carbon DLS™) printed parts without requiring removal from the build platform, resulting in improved user ergonomics, reduced post-print cycle times, and heightened overall productivity.

Leveraging the patented Submersed Vortex Cavitation (SVC) technology, the DEMI 910 effectively and consistently removes resin through agitated flow. The solution is further enhanced by the integration of proprietary AUTOMAT3D® software and Carbon-specific formulated detergents, offering a resin removal process that is safer and more sustainable when compared to traditional methods. These detergents are meticulously formulated to ensure compatibility with a variety of popular Carbon resins, including EPU 41, EPX 82, MPU 100, RPU 70, RPU 130, DPR 10, UMA 90, and LOCTITE® 3D IND 405 Clear, all certified for use with Carbon printers.
