PROM IS 500

Make your manufacturing process easier, faster and cheaper producing tools, jigs and fixtures from composites with continuous fibers.
  • Large build area size: 600mm x 420mm x 300mm.
  • Open material system: any plastic with the processing temperature up to 400C as a matrix, including PEEK, PEKK, PEI, PPSF, PPSU, PSU.
  • Up to 160С heating chamber temperature.
  • Up to 4 changeable print heads: CFC print head with 3k or 1.5k Composite Carbon Fiber / Basalt Fiber reinforcing material; FFF Print heads up to 150 mm/sec printing speed.
  • Industrial safety and motion control systems.
  • Printing composite lattice structures: optimal shape for composites: lower weight, price and production time.
