The Solukon Powder Collection Unit, SFM-PCU, is an automated powder conveying system designed for metal powders. Using an integrated vacuum conveyor system, the SFM-PCU efficiently extracts powder at a sensor-monitored transfer point. The powder is then gently conveyed through a hose into a spacious container. The container’s filling level is monitored by a sensor and can be easily checked through large inspection windows. By establishing a direct digital connection to the Solukon depowdering system, users can maintain a real-time overview of the process status. The SFM-PCU can be linked to up to three single-material Solukon systems.
